Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery Policy

XL Marketing is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains. As a marketing company employing 30 staff in the UK, we recognise our responsibility to implement effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our business or supply chains.

While we are below the statutory threshold requiring a formal modern slavery statement, we voluntarily maintain high ethical standards in our hiring practices and supplier relationships.

We are developing formal policies to assess and manage modern slavery risks, including implementing supplier due diligence processes, establishing clear reporting mechanisms for concerns, and providing staff training on recognising and reporting potential modern slavery indicators.

We will regularly review and update these measures to ensure their effectiveness.
